P. & Partners is an independent consulting and administration firm of 15 professionals founded in 2009. It’s now part of the wider IQ-EQ group including Equitis & CE&S in France, which together comprise of 75 employees and growing.
P. & Partners mainly works with financial investors, investment funds and management companies whether or not they are supported by a private equity fund.
P. & Partners’ engagements are carried out according to mutually agreed specifications (engagement letter, planning, deadlines, budget, etc.).

We have been working with Peru & Partners since 2012. At the time our only fund managed 100mn euros and we decided to entrust them to manage our general secretariat for two reasons. Firstly, like any AMF fund, Latour Capital must comply with demanding legal and accounting procedures. Initially, P. & Partners was mandated by Apollo's legal counsel to manage accounts of the acquisition holding companies and to issue the first certificates relating to the listing of convertible bonds. As a conference specialist at BOSCH, I had the opportunity to succeed Guy Chardonnereau, founder of PROSON, in 2012. Beyond our family ties, P. & Partners assisted me in setting up transaction with PROSON by taking charge of the entire investment process (financial structure, choice of sponsor fund, negotiations with banks, management of legal advisors, etc.). From a project under study in 2011, PROSON became a reality in 2012 and quickly established itself in life! In 2015, I organized a buyout with the help of P. & Partners to take back control of the company in June 2016.
