Who are we?
P. & Partners is an independent assessment, audit and counselling office. It is an associate member of the French Private Equity association (AFIC), and of the French Oséo Capital PME network (an agency that gives financial backing to SMEs).
We support operational decision makers, provide Financial Services in an outsourcing scheme, participate in the reorganisation of companies, contribute in various ways to the accuracy of accounts (due diligence), and perform valuation of unlisted companies.

At the same time, as a software publisher, we offer our SaaS product PE Xpert, tailored to the needs of Private Equity companies.
