Our assignments are generally focussed on the Private Equity sector where they cover the following areas:
- Accounting and tax due diligence performed on behalf of Private Equity funds
- Keeping the accounts of investment vehicules (so-called "FCPR", "FCPI", "SCR", etc.) with simplified procedures and French financial reports required
- Valuation of unlisted companies (conform to the IPEV, International Private Equity and Venture capital valuation guidelines)
- Fairness valuation of funds in the specific case of OTC transactions (secondary investments)
