IQ-EQ is pleased to announce the acquisition of Peru & Partners, a Paris-based consulting firm and fund administrator dedicated to the private equity market. This latest acquisition further strengthens our Group’s service offering in France and complements our existing Paris-based business, Equitis.
Established in 2009 by its principal, Sebastien Peru, the business adds fund administration, CFO services, GP and portfolio company accounting as well as valuation services to our existing business Equitis, which includes fund management and escrow services.
With the acquisition now successfully concluded the teams will turn their attention to seamlessly integrating the Peru & Partners team into the wider Group. The Peru & Partners business will initially retain its existing brand.
