Outsourcing - Full pack - General Management Assistance Engagement

Automotive (LBO in 2013, EV of €12 million): outsourcing of the acquisition holding company and the operating company (since 2013) to the P. & Partners teams; then assistance to managers in the development phases (build-up, recapitalization, etc.)


Outsource - Accounting assignments

Regional airport (200,000 PAX / year):

-Critical analysis of the Business Plan before sale to a consortium of public partners
